  • The album artwork for Flesh Tone was shot on 2/18! The photographer was Rankin. Click HERE to view his website. Kelis’ manager, Tracy Nguyen, described the fashion as ‘iconic’.
  • The video for “Acapella“ began shooting 2/19 and wrapped on 2/20. It was directed by duo Rankin & Chris Cottam, who have directed videos for Nelly Furtado and Robyn. Again, the fashion and concept has been described as ‘iconic’ by Kelis’ manager and others close to the project.
